Our Ministers:
Our pastoral staff leaders are primarily engaged in preparing, equipping, and modeling ministries. Since we believe that the ministry at FCoC belongs primarily to the members of the church, our entire staff team of pastors, directors, and administrative support are here to help the church accomplish what God has called all of us to do. They are “coaches” rather than “practitioners” of ministry.
